because of a problem with guest room we were upgraded and had a brand-new room with a view of a park.

We had a great time in our non-refurbished room with a lovely garden view and a TV. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent service.

We would come here again as the location was brilliant. The breakfast is exceptionally nice with a great selection-toast and boiled eggs, for instance, lots to choose from. Make sure you stay in the king room with shower and free Wi-Fi, for instance...

This place is located in a super central spot and just a minute away from a bus stop, offering brand-new, air-conditioned rooms with a bathtub, and has genuinely helpful and incredibly friendly staff.

The hotel is located close to Portobello Road, which is fantastic. The staff was pleasant and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was immaculately clean with great facilities.

The location is fantastic, right next to Whiteleys Retail Company, and the breakfast is pretty decent with a great selection of pastries, croissants, and coffee to kickstart the day.

My room did not match the pictures online. It was quite cold, especially with the old windows that let in a lot of noise.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in central London. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every morning. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs just around the corner. It was also very close to Bayswater tube station and Queensway, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel provided a generous breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. it was a great experience.

The only downside was a small issue with the loo roll holder and flush in one of the rooms. However, it didn't affect our stay significantly.

The breakfast spread was lovely, offering a satisfying start to the day. However, the WiFi was a bit unreliable, with intrusive ads popping up. Despite this, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant amenities.

great location, close to tube stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. Clean and spacious rooms with helpful staff. Enjoyed the selection at breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable and wifi was good. Will definitely book again for my next trip to London.

Reasonably spacious and clean venue with very welcoming and exceptional staff. Marvellous and lovely location, an easy walk to everywhere. Very quick check-in and the service was excellent.

Stayed in a lovely single mezzanine room. Moved to a quiet room upon request. Receptionist and staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Extensive and well-organized breakfast. Good facilities and clean room. Convenient location near metro stations, restaurants, and souvenir shops.
