Reviews of Phoenix Hotel
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation nearby. The public areas, including the bar, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided ample options and was a great way to start the day.
Some aspects of the room could use improvement.
The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot.
The walls were thin, so you hear everything next door. The room was dark and worn out. The elevator was old, and the carpet was dirty. The location wasn't great, and there weren't many restaurants nearby.
We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was easy to get around this big city as there were two underground stations nearby which could take us to the Marble Arch within 20 to 30 minutes. Additionally, a range of restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance which was great for our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options to choose from.
For us, it was ideal.
Great location near the park and many restaurants. Super clean bathroom with a nice smelling bath. Breakfast was decent and the bar may open soon.
Some rooms had squeaky and springy mattresses that caused back pain. Some small items in the rooms need maintenance, but rooms were quiet and comfortable.
We had a fairly nice stay for a 1 night business trip.
The staff was pleasant and we loved its continental breakfast. The rooms were neat and budget with remodeled bathrooms.
Nice comfy base for 11 nights. Continental breakfast with lots of savoury meals to choose from. Early check in and late check out. Everything very good.
Overall, it's fine base for exploring London attractions.
we think it's a lovely place for staying in london. the units are budget, practical.
My must haves' are an airy, individual room with good bathroom, open windows, as for instance. I enjoyed the staff, they are pleasant and accommodating.
The property was remarkable, offered exceptional and individual rooms. Everything seemed brand-new, clean. The food was fresh and the bar was nice. Decent and brilliant location, it was close to a tube station. Apart from that, Madame Tussauds London was 5 minutes' drive away. The service was exceptional, including the great onsite restaurant. Overall my stay was fabulous and would come here again.
Everything was brand-new from the very beginning.
It was a brilliant location just next door to restaurants and shops, local pubs and tube stations. Booked king room with a lovely view on the park.
The decor of the practical room was modern and it was neat too. The hotel had handy, stunning location, we were minute away from a bus stop.
And it also had exceptionally good view. The facilities were modern too.
Quaint and spotlessly clean place, magnificent view of the park. Unbeatable location to St Matthew. The easy check-in.
Marvellous and brilliant location for our visit to Kensington relatively close to the hotel...
