The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation nearby. The public areas, including the bar, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided ample options and was a great way to start the day.

The walls were thin, so you hear everything next door. The room was dark and worn out. The elevator was old, and the carpet was dirty. The location wasn't great, and there weren't many restaurants nearby.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was easy to get around this big city as there were two underground stations nearby which could take us to the Marble Arch within 20 to 30 minutes. Additionally, a range of restaurants and a grocery store were within walking distance which was great for our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the room was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options to choose from.

Great location near the park and many restaurants. Super clean bathroom with a nice smelling bath. Breakfast was decent and the bar may open soon.
Some rooms had squeaky and springy mattresses that caused back pain. Some small items in the rooms need maintenance, but rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The property was remarkable, offered exceptional and individual rooms. Everything seemed brand-new, clean. The food was fresh and the bar was nice. Decent and brilliant location, it was close to a tube station. Apart from that, Madame Tussauds London was 5 minutes' drive away. The service was exceptional, including the great onsite restaurant. Overall my stay was fabulous and would come here again.
